Used to work just fine but now my credit card won’t come up. I can see the cc number saved in the app, but when I press the process order button, it asks for my cc number. I’ll put it back in and it does the same thing. I have to call in to order. PITA!!! Update - someone please fix this! I like the food but hate this app.

The only reason I downloaded the app and tried it out is because they gave me a coupon that was only valid when ordering through the app. It is not optimized for iPhone X. You cannot customize your dish (removing vegetables). Once you type some comments in the special instructions text box, you cannot go back to modify. I was charged extra money because I wanted to add a vegetable while at the same time removing a vegetable, my local store told me there is supposed to be no charge for that. There is also no help and support, or a way to make suggestions through the app. I think the worst thing actually might be that the spiciness levels are not labeled well and are not in a logical order. “Hot“ appears at the top of the list, and “Thai spicy“ appears at the bottom of the list. Someone who does not know any better might logically assum that “Thai spicy“ is not spicy at all, but quite the opposite, it is the spiciest they can make their dish. Not a good way to design it.

Garbage. Trying to use a coupon makes you sign up for an account at chow now which doesn’t work. Also, no ETA when you place an order until after it is placed. You might be waiting an hour or more for your food. Told me my credit card was expired when it wasn’t. Avoid

Very easy ordering after I figured out how. Few steps, Apple Pay. No brainer!
