I’d give this app 5 stars in a literal heartbeat because of how easy and intuitive it is.. it’s also very fluid and works beautifully. That being said there needs to a be a section where I can specify “for here” or “to-go” or simply a “special instructions” section where I can make a request like that. A “special instructions” section already exists but it’s in a weird location and seems out of place (after you select a drink there’s a quantity selector and a box for special instructions). Once that fix is made I’ll change my review to 5 stars immediately.

The service is always friendly and you receive your order in a timely manner.

This app has a great purpose, but watch your receipts. They will apply your reward in store and your receipt will say so, but the app will charge you the full amount. Tried speaking with customer service and got absolutely no where. If you are still being charged even when you have a reward there is no point in using this app for rewards. Customer service did not seem concerned at all with this issue. Who knows how many people they have done this to.

The app is great. Very convenient. Been using the app since they created it. However, I don’t like the fact that the discount went from 10% to 5%!!!

I would love the first screen to be a button to place my favorite order at my favorite location. Currently I have to tap about 5 times to complete the transaction. Please make it easier for you to take my money!! :)
