Showmars

We go to the Showmars on Providence Road near McKee Rd and it has become one of our family’s favorite places. The manager Ari (sp) is excellent and a real credit to your company! I can’t say enough about him!! He is a valuable asset to Showmars. He makes certain that every guest is served quickly and the staff is extremely customer friendly with wonderful attitudes. They assist with every need, all The way down to holding the door open when you come in and when you leave and always thanking you for your business. The food is always delicious and the atmosphere is always pleasant and comfortable. If I could make suggestions to Showmars I would suggest that you introduce clam chowder as a soup. I would encourage you to just give it a try. Maybe try it on a Friday as a special. As a seafood product, It certainly would be compatible with your other popular seafood servings which are a major part of your menu as well. Panera serves clam chowder on Fridays but only as long as it lasts. It differentiates them from many other restaurants and encourages people who are accustomed to eating seafood on Friday to come there. Who else serves it? Just give it a test in a few stores, (hopefully this one), and see how it works. Maybe just on Friday untill it runs out (like Panera). I believe you’ll be very pleased with the effect on sales, customer reaction, and profitability.

I think Showmars is the best. I get the carry out so I can bring my food home and enjoy it while I spend time with my family or relax and watch tv. But I also like to have a night out with the great people at Showmars. They are so friendly and pay so much attention to helping get whatever you need. I have tried many of the dishes on their menu and have liked every one. I would highly recommend them to everyone. I’m a vegetarian and I have no trouble finding great food at Showmars.

I like this app. It’s handy to order my food after parking and then swing by the store to pick up my waiting order. But it’s not without it’s issues. When I order my morning English muffin it takes 4 touches to get cheese. This wouldn’t be huge deal if it would save my order, since I order the same thing every time. But it won’t save it. Every time I pull it up I’m told there are no previous orders.

As the number one user of this application, at the number one store, the Providence Commons location, I think this is a great way to pay for your meals. It’s extremely easy to use, you get an email regarding your charge, and if you have “rewards” it automatically applies it to the bill. It’s just convenient. I can grab my phone quicker then my wallet. So if your a frequent Showmars customer, as I am, it’s a must have.

The app is good but not all the restaurants have the level up equipment. I have to contact support every time I want a purchase added to my account. I wish the would allow uploading receipts like Thanx did
