Hi, my physical rewards card always gets worn (the barcode fades on the key ring) and carrying around cards can be quite bulky, so I downloaded this app in hopes that when I do my shopping I could collect rewards in the same way as the physical card does. Hoping this will be possible in the future as I always have my phone with me, it's just much more convenient and scan at check out from my phone kind of like how Apple Pay does. Also will be great for sustainability reducing the amount of plastic cards that are put out there and eventually will end up in our landfills. Kind regards

It is easy to lose small amounts, such as you place an order online and an item can’t be supplied you get a store credit, or similarly when meat is ordered and an adjustment is made due to weight supplied being less than originally charged. Why cannot the adjustment be placed back into the money app or why isn’t the charge made once order is filled. Also it would be advantageous if you could consolidate card balances, making checkout so much quicker rather than having to enter the store credit from the adjustment of last order, then the nominal balance of one card and finally your new card details.

Great idea of having a single spot to manage both reward card and any gift cards! In reality, unfortunately, it takes a fairly long time to transition from the entry screen (which does not add any value to the experience) to the cards screen, which isn't great when you're holding up other people waiting their turn. Also the rewards card barcode does NOT work. I tried in several shops, with different levels of lighting etc. I'm using Stocard instead, which albeit patchy, at least has a higher rate of success than 0%. Look forward to improvements.

I have used it once for click and collect grocery shopping. I have found it quite good so far. The only adjustment I would find really beneficial would be if I could sort my ‘saved grocery list’ by Aisle or Brand (Like the Coles App). The A-Z function is not helpful when one of my items is out of stock as I have to search through my list to find my alternative. If it’s sorted in the same Aisle or Brand I just click the other and move on.

I find it very useful to store my gift card numbers (when clicking on the email link for the GC Safari gives you the option to open the app and then you can just add it to your set of GCs so no copy & paste needed!). Also, the app immediately updates the balance with any purchase you make which is super helpful. I’d give it 5 stars if there would be a way to transfer the GC info into the store scanner without typing any numbers.
