Everyday Rewards

Fantastic app. It shows your personalised weekly specials, bonus points offers you can activate directly from this app, your fuel vouchers, your total rewards points and even calculates how many more points you need before you are able to redeem your points for $10 off your next shop. It shows your last 90 days shopping receipts and you can even search for all Woolworths, Big W, BWS and Caltex stores. The only thing missing is you are not able to add your gift cards. If this feature is added it would be awesome. Thank you for this wonderfully designed app.

Congratulations on a beautiful app with comprehensive set of features. The brochures, offers, points summary, transactions history, store locator, much loved e-receipts. Big tick on going greener with contactless, paperless. Outright winner with the first launch, I’m sure there’s lot more to come. Somethings to consider.... 1. Sign up process performance needs a revisit 2. Login performance also has a lag (may be to do with mobile network) 3. Email option of e-receipts would be nice to have (allows to keep a permanent records of receipts) 4. Add on card addition could be nice to have 5. Update account requires login again to the website 6. Nice to have Touch-ID / Face-ID enabled for app 7. Woolworths app launches rewards app with details however doesn’t capture the name in the banner ( Eg. Hi ‘There’ is displayed and font color of points are inconsistent with rewards app )

This is a credit to the team who have produced this. I’m so glad it does not mean having a digital card makes the traditional card invalid as I don’t always have my phone while getting groceries. Initial login and verification is simple. Features are easy to use and access. Thank you

Its good to see Woolworths followed in suit of Bp’s Rewards App Launch. The e-receipts are a great idea ( Thats the only good thing to come out of this app launch ) As customers since COVID we are still earning points but we cannot redeem them there was No communication Or explanations why And or when we will be allowed to start redeeming our earned points again - The Woolworths app launch is to keep up with the competitors new rewards offer App launched back in March, Customers can redeem points instantly on their App. This latest sell is not for the convenience of customers But a move to keep up with other Retail competitors.

All I ever wanted from Everyday Rewards was to be able to see the transaction history like flybuys offered. Even the woolies rewards website doesn’t make it easy to get to that section but the new app has a clear button with “activity” and a clock icon - finally! Thank you.
