Getting actually money for exercising more, brilliant. "Game-ifying" fitness apps like This and Zombies Run have helped me lose 8kg and I get paid for doing it. (Developers, please please please make this app more stable when collecting data. Like other reviewers I have uninstall/reinstall the app at least once a week. It should be an app that I only need to check once a week but I find myself checking it multiple times a day in worry that my steps aren’t being recorded.)

I’ve been using the app for a year now & find the app works well 70% of the time. I like how I can check my super balance without logging into the main site but I find the benefit side to be the down fall of the app. It doesn’t always link correctly from Strava or Apple health when you exercise which makes you miss out on the $5 voucher for the week(happened a few times now) due to not getting the 100 points for that activity. Also the app fails to open the voucher sometimes when you go to use the voucher at Woolworths which is annoying. Just need to fix these faults/bugs & the app would be 5 stars

This app worked great for the first month or so and every week I was claiming vouchers with the activity tracker, I work in retail so I’d easily be doing 10,000 steps plus a day. Now all of a sudden the rest app does not sync with my health data on both my phone and Apple Watch. Meaning it says I have not done any steps each day so for past three weeks have not been able to claim and rewards. The only temporary fix I can find is deleting and reinstalling the app ... every single day !!!, and this only work every other time or so . Will be deleting this app and avoiding as it’s gone downhill and not even keep track of super balance live it’s always a couple weeks behind

I think this app is great! As a young person super isn’t always in the forefront of my thoughts. I find this app well planned and designed. Easy to use, functional, and most importantly informative!! I am constantly losing logins so being able to log in with Touch ID makes life that much easier. It makes me think about my super a little more and want to start learning about how I can prepare myself for the future financially.

Not always does my steps talk to the app from Apple health. App should have background app refresh that does it by itself, which it used to. Often the next morning to sync the points it won’t do it and then you miss out for that whole day and can only use the remain days left in the week to gain points. App works well when the systems working. Often get messages we are experiencing and issue at this time.. Great app but more would could be done to keep people and keep people in the Aia vitality program
