Miller & Carter

Massive fail tonight! Took forever to show me the bill and when the bill had to be updated because an item was on there that we did not have it would not change from the original bill so had to wait for our server to come over with the machine to pay. Very disappointed with it as two other times I have used it and it was perfect,perhaps on busy nights it just can’t cope?? Our server mentioned there had been problems with it for several weeks.

I've downloaded the app to my iPhone and tried to sign-up so that I can start collecting points but there is a question on preferences which says "Favourite Mill..." which I presume means Favourite Miller & Carter but nothing I can think of is an acceptable answer. Is that field on the app broken and can someone on the developer team look into it please? Thanks in advance.

I was able to sign up and receive the 20% off voucher. However when paying the bill, app was able to display the bill but when trying to add the 20% voucher *or* simply adding the loyalty number to the bill it kept saying “Failed to be added”. Waitress was able to add both 20% off and loyalty number with her handheld with no issues so it was just this app that refused to cooperate. Giving an extra star in fairness because at least the app displayed the voucher codes.

The app should make it easy to book a table and pay for the meal whilst also collecting rewards and getting loyal customers. Unfortunately booking a table requires data to be reentered and paying the bill is harder than just giving a card to the server. On the last two occasions the meal has failed to scan so I have missed out on my £25 reward! Perhaps they should go old school and have a card for stamps... great restaurant poor app.

We downloaded the app and then were told we would get 25% off on our first visit. When we got to the restaurant, they had then changed this to a glass of bubbly because, according to the waitress, too many people had downloaded the app. We continued using the app because our next ‘reward’ was £10 off but when we got to the restaurant we found we could only use this Sunday- Thursday. Miller and carter have moved the goal posts on this several times! I won’t be using the app or again.
