App is crap! Had this on the phone for ages, wanted to book a meal didn’t like my password! Know it’s right as it’s saved in a password keeper. After several attempts to log in. I asked for a reset password....after each successful change I got a message bad credentials or something like that. I reset the password several times, all with same result. So I made a new account...same result. This is probably the worst app I have ever had. Well they can keep the app and meal I off to a restaurant whose app works. Forget about customer service. There is no link or number to ask for help.

Basically this is just a pass through for the web site but done badly. Poor screen format. Have to enter details many times and a lot of bugs. Just bad. Uninstalled in an hour

Initially signed up for the £10 reward but collecting stamps to gain new rewards is simple and rewarding.

Tried a number of times to book a table and had to ring in the end. It also took a number of tries to get into the booking page. Thankfully Browns are better at food than App design.

Should be a useful app but when tried table booking got stuck on “choose a menu”. In Browns Leeds “pay at table” didn’t work. A helpful waiter had never seen it!
