On the upside, you don’t need an account. Cool! On the downside, there’s no way to follow up with your order. Once you make the order, it disappears into the ether. No confirmation email, not even a receipt in Apple Pay. When I go to the link in the Apple Wallet, here’s what I see “404 File not found. Sorry... we couldn't find what you were looking for. “ Nicely done. So yeah this app works but the user experience is horrible when compared to something like Instacart or Door Dash. The ONLY reason I will possibly use this app in the future is to support my local restaurant. Otherwise I would not touch this app again. I’m super disappointed by this. Here’s to hoping that I get my food in an hour. It would be cool if someone would make an app that lets you know if your order was received. Feels bad man. PepeHands Update: Oh so I finally got a text message from some random number with a functional door dash link. That’s better but why was there a need to have me guess what was going to happen? Why are there literally zero menus in your app with an explanation of how this process works? At least I know my order went through 10 minutes later, but this is still not what I’d call a great user experience. I’m still mad at you bro.

I use this app all the time and it’s so easy and fast to get my order in. I especially like how easy it is to find my way around the menu and to find the address of the restaurant. Any time I’ve had a question, the customer service line has been very kind and helpful. They take a ton of payment options too. Definitely prefer using this service because it looks like they actually care about the restaurants they work with. The websites are branded to the restaurant so you can identify that it’s the correct one you’re looking for, unlike grub hub where it’s all about them.

We used Menufy as our online ordering at our family owned business through Clover and we started getting chargebacks from our bank and when we attempted to dispute them the bank nor Menufy would own up to these chargebacks as the fraudsters ordered through MenuFy’s website and Menufy didn’t validate the customers credit card information to make sure it wasn’t fraud. We canceled their service after losing a lot of money so I’d suggest never doing business with this company as if they do this to their clients god only knows what they’d do to their customers? Good luck if you use this service and I hope you don’t have issues with chargebacks like we did.

As a mom, this app has saved me many times. Super easy, convenient to use especially when we are sick or don’t have time to make dinner. I live up north and there are ton of options.

Horrible experience. Placed an online order for food and the delivery driver refused to do anything about it and Menufy didn’t do anything about it. They called me and just said sorry our driver refused to deliver the food and there is nothing we can doo about it. Worst customer service experience. Also found out they aren’t going to do anything about the driver. Apparently this has happened before.
