Can’t fully sign up for iPhone mobile app features, orders, etc because it will not allow desired location to be entered , selected cause it freezes up

Back to the kitchen for this app ~ it’s not ready to be served! Tried to sign-up, screen keeps auto reloading and I’m assuming is trying to tell me that I’ve already got an account. Hit cancel and the app crashes. Okay... tried to sign-in and the screen does the same thing. Hit cancel and it crashes. Have no idea what the app is going to do, but I just want my free burger. Please fix the app and I’ll update my review (but don’t fix the food, it’s perfect the way it is).

When imputing the order I get an error message saying more than one item is selected even though the app does not even allow me to do so and will not let me add the meal to the cart. I will have to order my food by call. The app is otherwise easy to use and easy to find what I’m looking for.

The app doesn’t save your orders, doesn’t keep track of your order history, I kept having to enter my order in multiple times because it would clear it out before I could check out. It won’t let you sign in with Google even though it says it’s an option. I don’t know why the app is so bad but it just is.

I love Famous Dave’s but this app DOES NOT let you order everything that’s on the menu. For instance, I always order a full rack of the big baby; however you can only order half-racks on the app. So I always have to either call or order in person on-site for the order I want. Fix this and I’ll re-review for a higher mark.
