Café Zupas

I love this app. I'll submit my order at work and then go pick it up and it's always ready when I get there. My only complaint is they have curbside pickup signs that say to tap the "I'm here" on your mobile app. But there's no obvious button like that on the app... If that being advertised the button should really be put up before the signs go up. Other than that little glitch this app is SO nice!

I am so happy that you guys have an app now. Makes ordering and picking up so easy. The only thing that I would suggest is to either allow people to create their own sad for the pick two or to allow substations on the lettuce for some salads. Update: I saw that they now allow for lettuce substitutions, so I’m giving them 5 stars instead of 4. Thanks for taking the feedback and implementing it!

My wife and I love Zupas and now that there is an app for online ordering, we can get it even faster. The ONLY thing the app needs is Apple Pay. I wasn’t excited about having to enter my card number and I almost deleted the app because it didn’t have Apple Pay

Love Zupas but there’s an issue with the app. The app has you select a favorite store, but when you use the app you wonder why. Here’s the issue: You've set up the app and indicated you have a favorite store. And now the day has come and you want to order with the app, your steps 1) press place order 2) then a list of stores comes up. 3) you place your order and pay via the app 4) you go to your favorite store to pick up your order and guess what it isn’t there. Why? Because when you used the app Your favorite store isn’t on the top of the list like you would intuitively think it would be. And you sent the order across town to the other store. It should be an easy fix. Put the favorite at the top and highlight it. Easy.

There are a lot of places with an unnecessary number of clicks such as customizing orders and having to choose “add to order” several times for a simple change due to multiple screen transitions when there should just be drop down menus and on the same . Also the app tends to crash after placing an order and choosing “I’m here.” Update: now when choosing “I’m here” it doesn't crash but it wrongly says I don’t have network connection when I clearly do.
