Account transfer was successful! I got my points and my free pretzel reward that I kept for later BUT When I went to a nearby Auntie Anne, I was going to use my free pretzel coupon until the one I went didn’t have a scanner so I close out the app and decide to head for another auntie anne store but that was until I noticed my free pretzel coupon disappeared from my account and I didn’t even use it! I open that reward by accident and wasted that coupon for nothing! I didn’t pay to lose my coupon for a free pretzel. Fix the app!

To the person who opened the app and attempted to use the coupon that’s how all the coupons work in these app so in the future make sure you can use it or ask for a manager because they could have still allowed you to use the coupon by entering the information or numbers from the coupon manually I think they were just refusing you and Hopin g you would just buy at regular price anyways because the same Issue could be happening at the next location because these scanners have issues often in these restaurants when your trying to scan these apps for free food. I think half the time they be lying and Making things up about the scanner not working.

Since I added the app and updated it twice it hasn’t worked correctly so I’be porbraly missed out at least on 3 pretzels. I usually spend $18-27 a time on pretzels but have let gotten the points/rewards to be added. Seems to either a glitch in the store from the scanner or some problem with the app. This time I updated the app and the app finally updated my data but the screen to scan etc wasn’t working it was stuck only half viewable and wasn’t clickable to go anywhere on the app. So once again can’t add points :( Also tried to ‘contact’ someone but link doesn’t go anywhere to contact someone

Downloaded app up for free pretzel as advertised, on July 30, however app freezes every time it gets to Ding! Your rewards are ready! Does not fully populate the screen, and remains frozen. Tried everyday since, even deleted, restarted my phone and reactivated app, still does not work. Worse app ever!! To top it off, employees don’t know anything about the app, especially not about the buy one get one free pretzel offer. Never offered us the pretzel offer, even when we showed them the ad on your website, that suggested we download this worse app ever. Hmm, shall I say worse customer service ever!!

First off, my account was somehow deleted a few months ago and I lost all my points. Then twice in one week I wasn’t able to use my rewards when I got to the store. While at home, the rewards loaded fine, but when I got to the store, the app said I didn’t have any points (but I had over 200) and it would not load my rewards. I tried refreshing the app several times. I even tried leaving the store to get a better connection. I used my other apps to make sure my phone wasn’t the problem. Terrible app and I called auntie Anne’s to make a complaint.
