ask user to change the rating

My device, previously set up, does not show up under the new app. And when I try to add it, it says it already is set up! I can’t find anyplace to reach support for this. Very frustrating.

I had the same issue that some had with the app crashing when trying to start it. I sent an email to Zoeller and received a reply within 2 hours to directly call the Product Support person. After a brief call the issue was fixed. Great support and the app is now working great!!!!!

Customer service was great as they fixed a minor glitch in the app and it now provides access to all the information and settings that I need! I can control everything I need and get all notifications right on my phone app! Love it!

I had a few set up issue - but once I got it working it has worked flawlessly every time. Can’t tell you how secure it feels to not only have the reliability of a Zoeller 508 back up pump but this WiFi App has made me feel so good about knowing and verifying the function of the pump.

Brand new update is great. Better user interactions and stability. Adding products is a breeze. Highly recommended!
