Ratings & Reviews performance provides an overview of what users think of your app. Here are the key metrics to help you identify how your app is rated by users and how successful is your review management strategy.
Set your daily target calories, protein, fiber, carb, and saturated fat or use the default targets based on your age and sex so your diet meets your weightloss goals, eg: 1. For weight loss—lower calorie, carb & saturated fat targets; increase fiber & protein targets 2. To improve your gut bacteria (microbiome) to protect from or manage metabolic syndrome, diabetes, heart disease, cancer, inflammatory disease, brain diseases, and mental health illnesses—increase fiber target, decrease carb & saturated fat targets 3. To increase or maintain muscle mass—increase protein target Watch your progress towards your daily targets every day in real-time as you use the keypad or speech recognition if available (touch the microphone icon) to record your food and beverage intake. You can also view your progress over time on your Month view dashboard, and export your food diaries into a spreadsheet for your own information or to share with your healthcare provider. Apple's HealthKit functionality is integrated in the app's user interface so you can share your data with Apple's Health app. You can also synchronize the app with all your Apple devices. The foods and amounts you consume can be recorded easily and quickly using speech recognition or by favoriting (touch broken heart icon) foods and using the serving sizes provided (which you can change to your serving sizes if different). Add your own branded or other foods and recipes to the 300+ common foods and 10 recipes already loaded into the app Also useful nutritional information via the Info tab. The interface is easy, quick, and intuitive to navigate, but it can be useful to familiarise yourself with the full functionality of the app by touching the icons, words, and bars on every screen and swiping left and right on the Tracker screen. No internet, registration, personal details or additional payments are required.
