This app is made by some of one who has developed traditional applications where internet is 100% available like via Ethernet and always connected. Whoever developed this has followed this design pattern all over this app were most of the api calls are synchronous. Synchronous and poor internet connectivity are natural enemies which is why this app struggles to reach to a network in areas where poor connectivity is the norm. Please understand Most places have very weak network and this app tries very hard to reach the server only to fail us when we are in need. Please make the app offline capable and ensure we can do some work like retrieving the tickets in offline. Plus don’t clog the UI with your loader animation. Please make sure future updates bring in offline capable. Else don’t think about developing this mobile app and put us in hardship.

This app is nightmare to use. I want to know who developed this app. After entering all the details it will ask to login and register. After registration again you need to start from the beginning. After booking, if you select show ticket it will say no active ticket found. If you click on booking history it will ask to login. Login and try again it will display partial ticket, click on it for more details instead it will ask you whether you want to rebook the ticket. What the hell and top of that beside my ticket it will show next trains. What the hell I am supposed to with next train and why it’s getting displayed in booking history. Ticket id in Booking history and Cancel ticket are different. I can’t logout and login from different mobile it says my imei verification under progress. One more thing, how the common man should know whether the train is slow, express of super fast especially express and super fast in India train does not make any difference instead could have provided Option to select train which is much easier. Did the people get paid to rate so much for this under developed app? School kids will do a better job.

What the hell developer doing, in my i phone i set my location, even your app shows you have to be far 25km or 5km away from station and rail track res. Another interesting thing i found in app when i tried to book my actual journey ticket which is of 80/- it shows message like you have to be far from station 25km ( even i am far as 15km from station) then forcefully i booked ticket which is before station from where actually my journey start. And you know what it booked successfully. For that i have to pay 100. No matter 20/- is not big amount but if we calculate #ghotala like this 20 or 10 *10,000=1,00,000. Omg 1 lack. And this is just my prediction amount might be you are doing ghotala with lots of people. So please government is already rich dont do this else we will become poor. Mehanat ka kamate hai bhai kursi par ya sarkari logo ki trah baithkar sirf pise nahi aate. 10-11 hrs kaam karte hai sharir tutane tak tab jakar kuch pise aate hai hath me. Aur tum baith jaate hume lootane ke liye

1. There was 2 hrs difference in my next connecting train. I got down on platform and tried booking but there was alert message showing “your gps accuracy is 5 meter & please move 5 meter from track/platform within 2 km” then I moved to different platform and tried booking many times but unsuccessful. When I reached reservation counter then booking was successful. If this is the case why would passengers book from app? Booking should be available from platform itself. 2. When I booked ticket it showed it is valid for 1 hour whereas counter ticket is valid for 2 hrs. If validity is 1 hr then app should not allow booking if any train is not available within 1 hr. Also app is allowing booking for general, express, Superfast whereas if general/express train not available during that time. 3. App should show list of available trains during that time when we select the route.

I tried to book a ticket using the app. I entered details for the source and destination stations and recharged the R wallet for the same. Since it was my first time I wanted to recharge with just the amount required for the ticket but the app has a restraint where minimum recharge has to be 100. When I did view fare and confirm i did not receive any confirmation that the ticket was successfully booked and instead received blank alert msg. I clicked again and received the same alert again this happened 2 times. Finally I clicked again and the ticket got booked but when I went and checked the tickets , 4 tickets had got booked leading to deduction of 4 times the effective fare . I ended up paying 80 rs for a 20rs journey. There is no option of refund on the app either. And since the app requires a minimum of 100 recharge it is not possible to recharge with just ticket fare either. Loss of money for customer.
