Don't book out station taxis they will deduct the booking amount but they never send taxis nor they have a system of confirmation of order I have been cheated in Pune when a booked a taxi to Ahmadnagar they paid them 299 as booking amount after that they didn't send nor they contacted in the late evening when I reached at my destination they send a taxi Refunded the booking amount after a month Thanks a lot

They will never let you know the real status until last and then at last once u call them only they will say sir sorry ur ticket is cancelled money ur money will be refunded. I booked ticket from chennai to Kolkata coromandel express these people didn’t even call me and inform about the cancellation of ticket i reached station boarded the train with family my mom me and my younger brother now TTR came and asked me for ticket i showed him there emailed ticket he immediately said in front of everyone that you are thinking me fool or someone has made you fool it is an invalid ticket i felt highly ashamed but no other go stood for 4 hours to reach next station to get down my mother is aged that bloody TTR didn’t even saw her he directly said I can’t do anything I’m not dr so don’t say reason that your mom is old and u r travelling with the family once i called this app customer care very gently they said sry sir you’re ticket was cancelled due to waiting list if all this things i should take care then y a person will go to a 3rd party to book the ticket they are fraud and cheater no 1.

I highly suggest everyone please don’t use railyatri app for ordering food. Once I had order food on 10 feb 2019 they cancel my order by them self even after I receiving the order confirmation. And second incident is today 16 feb 2019 I order food which includes 1 bowl rice 1 plain sabji 2 paratha and dal. Matter is they won’t provide me paratha and the quantity was not even enough for a single child which worth Rs150.... disgusting app.. they don care about customers money... when I call them they only we will assure you from next time it will not happen again..but I ask one thing what about our money..restaurant get their money for food railyatri get the users but what about customer...really very disappointing... don’t use this aap everyone my humble request to every person..!!!

Pathetic service standards from Railyatri..Order food at Hubli station on 3rd Nov 2018 by paying advance money..As I reached Hubli I tried to check d status from Customer care but it was shock for me to hear that your order has been cancelled due to incorrect Mobile number provided while ordering.. But the thing is gave Train no, Train time, Bogie no,my email id and even seat numbers..And if it was cancelled i sud have been intimated that ur order has been cancelled by Email communication from Railyatra..But they didnt even care about it..My money has already been debited from my account and order has also been cancelled.. Request to please delete this pathetic app and go for reputed apps only..

If you got the bus then you are luck else forget you money. They will play with you between transport and RailYatri team. You will get to know Bus cancellation information in last moment. While come to refund they will blame you why you didn’t wait for bus cancellation sms, that transport team will never trigger to you. I travel 3 time with RailYatri. It’s happen with me on 4th March and refund didnt happen till Today. There is know time line no information from RailYatri team. It’s your money you need to follow and you have to run behind RailYatri. Already I sent 3 mails but didn’t get single reply and called customer care many time they just giving excuses.
