Having been to the Reading Oracle and had a terrible experience, we opted for Reading Caversham which was the complete opposite. We were a party of 6 celebrating my wife’s birthday and our server Samantha was fantastic. The food was really tasty and Samantha was really helpful and attentive. Couldn’t have asked for a better night out. I will only be going to Reading Caversham in future.

Not impressed with the Bluewater branch, waitress kept taking glasses out my hand before I’d even put them on the table, I felt under pressure and rushed, food brought out too early, then left under the hot plate for ten minutes after being told new fresh meals would be brought out, oh no they left them under the hot plate so I ended up with rock hard ribs, the sauce on the ribs was hard and they expected me not to notice ! So I questioned it and said it had been left out under hot plate so I pointed out the server said fresh meals would be brought out. Sent the ribs back orders new ones and these ones were under cooked which I refused to eat in case I was ill. Spoke to the manager to offered a free dessert as an apology. Left the restaurant hungry and ended up buying hot pretzels from a stand in the shopping center which were sooo yummy !!

Amazing visit at Staines TGI. The waitress was really friendly and polite and went out of her way to please us. Our orders came out fast and we were kept informed of the foods whereabouts constantly. Nobody pushed us to try things or download the app and made us feel comfortable throughout. Really really great experience. If anyone’s going to do, we recommend the Gravy Seal burger, hummus appetiser, and the chocolate milkshake!

Well what can i say! Just amazing vist. Family Meal after Welsh Marathon and because of an injury we had to push the table time back but not a problem. When i arrived the waitress seemed part of the family already and even though hungry everyone seemed happy with drinks and bites they had ordered to get by. The food was quickly out when prdered and well Look every plate was clean what more can i say. Drinks slightly higher than would Normally pay but didnt spoil the visit. Side note about gluten free, my mother says thankyou for Making her vist simple as most places dont! Thanks to everyone who served us we will be back soon.

I have deleted this app a few times for various reasons I have now upgraded my phone to an iPhone XS Max and the apps features like “back” option on the various screens is on the top right so it sits in the Apple WiFi signal and battery percentage. This means you can’t press back so you get stuck!! This isn’t great when you are in the restaurant trying to use the app! Make sure it’s updated and make it easier and simpler to use.
