I downloaded this app because I’m waiting for 5 large parcels from overseas and don’t want to miss them and I have to say I’m very disappointed. For some reason you can’t save tracking numbers but have to enter each one separately each time you want an update, no different from the website. Apart from looking slightly better what’s the point of this app?? What I thought I was getting (and if the devs would like to implement this I think I think it would improve the app greatly) , was an app where I could log/save each tracking number so I could see with one touch the status of my delivery with maybe push notifications when it’s status has changed, like moving countries/depots and when it was out for delivery, which would help us keep track of our packages.

Delivery information was available the day after installing the app and I was able to track my parcel. The app also gave details of email sent to me to update delivery status (which I didn’t know about as the email had automatically gone into my junk folder) and a text message that was sent to me with a delivery update. It has given me a delivery slot of one hour which is also good as it means I don’t need to wait in all day. I was able to copy and paste the tracking number with no problems. The only improvement I can suggest is it would be more convenient if the app could remember the last tracking number you put in. Well done to the developer for making improvements suggested by previous users.

What is the point of this app ? Like other major delivery companies you would think you can add multiple email accounts ? = no More than one telephone number ? = no Multiple addresses? = no It’s just a simple tracking number search and info just like the website totally pointless ! It needs to combine all above so I can find allocate and give information on all delivery’s that is being posted to the corresponding address just like DPD does just like my HERMES does I downloaded it realised there is no functions at all and removed it come on its 2019 the idea of the app is to streamline services to make it easier to keep track with parcels. The fact that it does not store any info makes it pointless you still have to input the tracking info may as well use the website

As others have said this app is hopeless as it is unable to remember tracking numbers so you have to re-enter it every time and there is no refresh facility to update a status that is open. Promises that tracking number saving is coming shortly have been being made for months. How long does it take to add a simple feature? Why on earth Parcelforce had to do their own app and not just use the Royal Mail one which works well is beyond me - it just adds an unnecessary second app from essentially the same organisation. Instead enter the tracking number into the Royal Mail app and it tells you you have to use the Parcelforce one. Joined up thinking people!

Why is it not possible to copy tracking reference number from email and paste into app? Paste option appears but does not work. Also just tried to register and verify by email, despite clicking on email link within 2 minutes of it arriving, I get a message saying link is only valid for 4 hours and has expired, request another link. Have done this twice, same result. Also despite being told I can track a parcel and get 1 hour delivery slot, no information given other than “out for delivery today”, between 7am & 6pm - not much help. Come on Parcelforce, nearly every other delivery service can do better than this.....
