This was a great update. Digital card now available. More £5 vouchers are also available digitally in app too. You can save them up and activate more than one (if you have them) to use on your shop. Activate before going to checkout, as loading to card can take up to 5 minutes. Also if preferred, you can set preferences to print your vouchers at till, or use them online. Promotional Offers are also available occasionally in this app. To earn bonus More points on selected items just click Activate on your chosen offers. Maybe could do with being compatible with Apple Wallet, but then you might miss out on the bonus offers if you don’t use the Morrisons More app. EDIT: Works intermittently! Doesn’t always recognise you have purchased promotional items and reward you the appropriate bonus points. I’m referring to the My Offers in the app that you tap to activate. Not all items purchased get rewarded with the bonus points. I’ve even contacted support and just get fobbed off with it’s an IT glitch. Seriously what’s the point😡

Love the new app update! Keeps you up to date with points. Also you can activate offers geared to you, often with an opportunity to add extra points with your main shop by spending an amount we would likely spend anyway. We went away last December and used the new machines at the cafés offering extra points to try. Always excited to try something new, kept checking the app with expectation, however no points were forthcoming, a bit disappointing as we used them regularly whilst away. You can also change your options to save your £5 vouchers or print in store! The food to order option for my Christmas food was great, so easy, I would definitely use again! I use virtual More card on the app as with Apple Pay I don’t always have the plastic card or my wallet. Very convenient I love it!

It’s great to be able to pop into Morrison’s with just my phone to pay and not have to miss out on points. I especially like that I can quickly check whether there are any deals on items I’ve bought and activate them before I pay. I’ve not had any issues with the app. £5 vouchers and deals have loaded correctly and points always show up although sometimes it takes a while. I agree with other comments that it would be nice to be able to put the card in the apple wallet but it doesn’t stop me from using the app. Sometimes I click to open the groceries app from within this app and it always opens the App Store even though I have the groceries app installed, this is a little frustrating and makes the link a little redundant.

I have been using this app since it started and have found it very useful I do not use digital loyalty card, mainly because I don’t take my phone shopping, or can’t find it at the till, am also if the age where a card is easier to find in my purse with my cash or debit card. I do make use if the digital saving stamp though as I find I can keep a ready reckon of them but he app and I don’t have to remember to stick the ‘old ones’ in a card I also use the option to print at the till for my £5 vouchers as this again means I can leave my phone at home All in all I find the app to be very useful and can be adapted to my use and preferences which is what it is designed for

I loaded this app onto my iPhone, hoping that it would save fumbling about for my More Card at the self checkout. The major problem with this app is, with monotonous regularity and at the very time you want to use it, it comes up with a “session expired” message, requiring you to log in all over again and requiring you to supply both the email address and password. I have more than one email address and a variety of passwords I use. The password I use, depends on the requirements of the site in terms of whether capitals, numbers or non alphanumeric characters are required. Of all of the passwords, I feel the need to remember, Morrison’s is not even near the top of the list. Why on earth cannot the app be made to remember your login details? Everyone else’s app does that. Think about Facebook; you’re not made to continually, or even occasionally log in. So, the bottom line is that it doesn’t help me one bit to avoid having to sort through my wallet for the card. I’ve given up on this app and reverted to fumbling around in my wallet. As a final observation, when I explained the problem to a local Morrison’s employee, they completely agreed with me that the app was total rubbish and said that they had deleted it of their own phone too.
