I have used this service 3 times already. Within an hour of request the maid is at the door with their own supplies ready to clean the house. This is a great app for working people whose work schedule or lifestyle does not allow them to schedule things in advance. It is also wonderful for a pre-party or post party cleanup. Those who complain that this service is expensive, should in mind that they are not paying for just the cleaning. What they are also paying for is the convenience of having the maid come when they want it. If the tables were turned, I am sure those who complain about the high price would not agree to work charging the same price for someone who hires them every week and helps them with their bills on a steady manner vs someone who randomly calls as needed. If the Maids App was to hire and retain full-time employees to meet the market demand at a reasonable Price, they would have to have Rockefellers' and Buffett's' money and single-handedly they would help solve LA Counties unemployment problem.😜 Great business model with potential to grow even bigger like the addition of in-home laundry/iron aides, waiters/waitresses, valets, chefs, & on & on. I agree that the app has some room for improvements but then again, don't we all?

This is the best and most convenient way to get on-demand cleaning service in Los Angeles by far! I constantly work and have no time or energy to schedule a day when cleaners can come to my house! I was finally home yesterday and saw an ad and decided to test it out. Boy did I make the right decision! Within the hour I had cleaners at my house with their own supplies getting straight to work. They left my house spotless and perfect! As for the price, it is reasonable for the fast and reliable service that is provided. MaidsApp most definitely found a customer in me. Highly, Highly recommended to anyone.

This is so disappointing. MaidsApp has you pay for services in advance, and I decided to take a chance on them today and ordered a deep cleaning for my home. The app said someone could be there within 29 minutes, but instead after paying in advance I received calls from 4 different maids services all of which were not available at the time and some of which charged additional fees above the 500+ I had already paid in the app. Even though Maidsapp says they connect you with a specific local individual, instead they only shared my information with different local cleaning services. The individuals who called me were not the person I selected on the site, and none were available this afternoon. I called and cancelled my order after going back and forth for about 3 hours, but I still don't know if my money will be refunded. The application is also hard to use and glitches constantly.

We recently hosted an "end of summer" company party in our backyard. As you can imagine, our home was in dire need of cleaning prior to the event and after. My secretary recommended I use MAIDSAPP and I cannot tell you how happy I was with the service. First and foremost, the ease of hiring the maids was extremely professional and prompt. The cleaners were conscious of all of my requests and left my house spotless. They went above and beyond of my expectations. Thank you MAIDSAPP, you now have gained a lifetime customer not only for our home, but also for all our company offices!

I have requested the maid because my regular crew was busy for that day. I checked everywhere after she left and it was dirty. It says that everything what have surface would be cleaned but no. It was all dirty. The bathroom was not even cleaned. She cleaned only inside of the toilet but not around. I was sick that day and was not able to control her and just trusted that she could do a good job. But I was very disappointed. Next day I cleaned everything myself. It does not worth the money I spent. It cost me 140$ for 1 bedroom and it was wasting of money. usually my crew comes 3 people for just 70$ and make an amazing job I do not even need to point them out where to clean. The worst experience ever.
