All of a sudden the app crashed. Lost my login and quick access login. Logged back in and now quick access does not work. The app crashed so bad it made my phone reset to the white apple just as if it was coming on.

All good, except recently iPhone app PIN to get quick access to work has an error. Has been working for years until recently. When inputting 4 digit PIN, the first time to input PIN app shows 3 digits being inputted. Then second time to input verification PIN errors, due to it showing all 4 PIN numbers. I uninstalled app and reinstalled and got on my laptop to verify it wasn’t me. The app for iPhone needs to be fixed. Thank you. Otherwise a very good app for many years for me. After uninstalling a 2nd time, reset iPhone then reinstalled. All is good now! YAY!

Great functioning app, but a UI rework would be great, matching the Amex app UI would be great for when launching the app and being presented the login screen rather than news would be best. Maintaining the ease of tabs and combining them into 3 to simplify checking balance, sending or requesting money, online services and settings. Adding personal touches like dark mode that dynamicly matches the iOS theme. A simple white and maroon splash screen when launching. Other than that, this app would be great! :)

I’m new to Knoxville TVA CU but so far it’s been a pretty good app. The first few days, it would not connect all the time but then I noticed they had a note on their site about online banking and the app having issues. Since then, it’s been working well for me. So far, the only thing that is missing from the app is the ability to see pending transfers and to schedule transfers. Overall, I’m pretty happy with the app and pretty happy with the KTVA CU.

For some reason this app has spiraled down hill in since May or June . I’ve never had problems with it til then . Now , when I send money , or other TVA users try to send money to me , sometimes we don’t get it . There is no text message. HOWEVER; it will take it out of our account . It bothers me . Hire the person back you had making this app smoother . Or fire someone . Idc . But I’m about to switch banks .
