It allows you to access basic details for your flight (that you booked online pre-app), but try and add or modify anything via the app and all it does is circle around on itself. Click to add entertainment. Causes Safari to open on the Jetstar FAQ Help page (for what purpose?). Go back to Jetstar app. Spinning orange circle of doom suggesting processing is occurring. Wait quite awhile, nothing happens, X out to try again, same thing happens. Give up. Try the “preorder your meals” function. Sends me straight back to Safari FAQ, I return myself to the app and it’s all spinning circle of doom again. Give up, think “ok I’ll try via the normal Jetstar website”. That doesn’t let me log in coz I’m already logged in on the app!! This app doesn’t work. Are any developers doing anything to fix this?

Generally an ok app however, every time I add on baggage and pay for it via Poli through the app a connection error comes up just after submitting payment. This then freezes the app and you can only relaunch it to continue using it. The problem is the payment actually does go through and luckily I checked and got a banking email notification otherwise I would assume it has not been processed. Login info back into the app the baggage allowance is indeed updated despite the error message! Has happened multiple times! Very frustrating and surely a quick bug fix!

I have to add to the chorus of poor reviews for this app, I don’t like leaving negative reviews but have no choice. Every time I go to use this app it never works. I can’t log in to my account, have changed password and tried problem solving but yet it continues to fail. When I go to add my flight booking to keep an eye on it, it deletes it and I have to redo it each time. I don’t fly that often, but very nervous come May for our family holiday that it won’t work and I will have issues at airport. Developers of this app, you seriously need to read many of these poor reviews and actually try and fix these issues fast!!

My issue is I cant view or pick my seat. A message comes up and says you can change on desktop version "tap here". No worries "tap here" doesn't work. Funny how the buy meal and extra baggage ones work. Next problem, I log onto desktop version with laptop and the desktop version doesn't work either. Click choose your seat and get error message "Connection error. Oops, the connection failed. Please try again". Yeah Oops great 🙄 Both App and website are filled with flaws, errors and broken pathways. Please get a professional developer to fix.

Can’t believe a big company like Jetstar doesn’t fix this. Can’t check out. Can’t check out. Can’t pay for the flight I want to go on. Your useless “Jess” suggestion was to use another device or browser. That’s not the answer. If virgin had Afterpay, I’d honestly never use Jetstar again. Five flights this year. Can’t use the app to buy. I can’t believe your programming team is happy with a 1.7 out of 5, speaks volumes as to the type of company you have. Very unhappy
