Like a lot of others I find the app good enough but somewhat perplexing, for example, you can't order breakfast items in it when you're purchasing from a store that does breakfast? It seems as though you can't tweak your order in the app half as much as you can in store. I'm not quite sure how they've made the app so difficult to use when it should be so simple, another example, you can't request half the rice in your burrito and more beans instead. The experience needs to be in line with going in store to order, otherwise what's the point?

Every time I see a Guzman update I cringe... They need to simplify the process not complicate the process I didn’t discover the update until I went to the shop in Harbourtowne Queensland and showed the staff what was the problem and no one could help me especially the female store manager she wasn’t even interested... just shrug their shoulders and she didn’t even look at me when we were trying to figure this thing out. I had to go outside and create another account and password I think I’ve got about 2000 now and everybody I know are sick of passwords and accounts it’s just a way to get people‘s personal email details so that it can be sold to marketing interests. So once I got the app activated again I went back into the shop and took my receipt to ask if I could get them to credit me for the money that I had just spent in their store, no was the managers reply and that was the end of that so I decided to give it a one star review because in the past I have gone in and a different manager was very helpful in solving the issue that we had with the app because of an update. In future if Guzman Can create an update process that doesn’t log you out of your phone app then bravo there will be no issues, I’ve lost about $50 worth of spending credit because of the silly process.

Can't even get into the app... trying to do the verification process to create an account, you get taken to the standard 'not a robot' page... however after doing the test the page goes blank, have tried refreshing but nothing seems to happen, I exited out and it said that the process was ended by the user??? So obviously was not supposed to happen. I spent about half an hour redoing the exam, exiting the app, retrying, etc. and nothing changed. Please note I am able to access other web pages on the safari and chrome apps which is used to do the 'not a robot' exam, so my connection was sufficient and is not the cause for whatever went wrong. The most basic thing for an app is that it works! I would love to still use the loyalty program but the fact that it is so heavily reliant on signing in (through the app or also online) excludes literally everyone because something in the design is not working 🤷‍♀️ shame

As per previous comment on here by another customer, neither my husband or I could redeem the free Burrito on the App and when we went to the store they were pretty rude and said they couldn’t help us. They also mentioned a few people had issues with the app. I have contacted your support who basically said there are no app issues and it must be my server. How come I can get onto other pages if I have an issue with my server? I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the app and tried it a few times since and still the same issue - I can place my order but when I go to pay is when the error is occurring. Your customer service told me that the app should be working but it’s not and they will not even send me vouchers or something instead so I can redeem the offer. It’s not like I am a first time customer but after the service I have received from your store and support staff, I will not be coming back.

I’m not sure what issues everyone else is having but I tried and it was successful. It doesn’t technically give you a burrito but like $11 something off your order. I’m using an iPhone 6s. Ordering is easy and if your like me it’s easy to adjust what’s in your food and alter it. Don’t complain to the store they are the retail side. Check your updates and like the website advises, it is only available at selected stores. Love this place it 5 stars from me.
