Whilst the app works really well, and is easy to navigate, their customisation is flawed. I initially downloaded the app so I could easily customise the Rebel Whopper to swap in the Vegan mayo and Vegan cheese, but you can’t do this, you can only select regular cheese and mayo. I thought instead I would select the Vegan cheeseburger, and swap in the vegan meat patties, but this is also unavailable. If this option could be available I’d definitely be more likely to use the app more regularly.

Dude this app is the worst. I only kept it on my phone for literally 4 minutes before deciding to delete it. It’s pointless! I can’t view the menu unless I sign up with email or sign in with Facebook, and even then I can’t order because the moment I tap the Order button it asks me to specify a restaurant location, which I do, but the app tells me that no locations were found in the areas I specify - there’s a freaking HJ’s restaurant right there! It’s been there for 20 years ffs! App also seems to think I’m not connected to the internet, or that I need to allow mobile connectivity for it via setting menu.... it’s just insane. Dats is turned in for the app, I have internet access clearly as I downloaded it and also am posting this review, but oh no, HJ’s thinks the sky is made of cream cheese... Save your crazy and bypass this app forreal

Sometimes it's great when you get that free chips, other days you miss out completely because of a repeated 'connection error' or your prize coupon disappears before you can use it. It says you have used all your shakes but you have not really due to errors. Also sometimes when you choose to accept a prize it switches it for something else. Also I think since you only get 30 minutes to redeem your prize, the app needs to be smart enough to know whether it is breakfast or lunch time to claim that item from the menu (or perhaps that's why it gives you something else instead sometimes?)

This app worked great before I was going to give it 5 stars until now it keeps kicking me out of the app, saying “something went wrong” so I deleted it and sign in again with the CORRECT password and it still kept on saying “something went wrong” so I shutdown my whole phone and like 10 min later without a phone... I went back to the app and without clicking anything in the app it’s says “something went wrong” i clicked ok and it kept popping up the notification so I deleted this app. i don’t know why the hell this is happening please fix it or anything that can maybe help this issue. If anyone has the same issue, just Delete it and don’t be bothered to get it back...

Good app other than it seems to have stopped us from getting the coupons which our entire family used and enjoyed. One off coupons for one just aren’t any use when you have a large family.. they disappear once used and why bother coming back? We used to be regulars but not worth it now as no coupons means too expensive to be regulars any more..please return the coupons. Also fix your nicknames.. how stupid..everything you choose is gone..why need a nickname anyhow?
