Personally I love cha time, all the drinks are real good and it’s a great business. This app is great for getting free tea and more. But I do think cha time needs to change. Lately in the news they have found that cha time pearls can clog up your gut. This has resulted in people almost dying. And it’s not long until someone dose. Having this influences people to have more of this drink. Now it’s no better than smoking, and yet we are letting our kids have this. Cha time needs to take these harmful items off their menu, otherwise there are way more troubles ahead.

Great app with easy to use features. Just select order pay collect. I rock up to counter no waiting in queues yay. One suggestion- when choosing a store for pick up - can you make it so that if a product isn’t available eg no pearls can there be an indicator on the app? I ordered one time and went to collect but the store had run out of pearls. Was given other options however if there was an indicator or pop up to tell me there were no pearls then I could select another option instead of getting to the store to be told they had run out of pearls. Would save time. Other than that great products and the app is easy to use.

Chatime is great!!! Except I just purchased a drink today and I got my tenth anniversary prize which I can’t open. I have restarted my phone, refreshed the app multiple times even deleted the app and re download it. I have tried tapping in the gift swiping everything!!! This is not an issue with my phone because my phone touch screen works fine. This is the second time I have got a Chatime gift. Please help!! I have also tried customer support and have not got a response!!! I am a bit upset. Thanks.

Love the app, but recently has been taking ages to load. I have the latest update of the app, I have used it in different areas (shopping centre, home, car park ect) and on different phone with different coverage providers (Optus and Telstra). Would appreciate if you looked into this as it now take well over 5 minutes to order. Every page take roughly 1 to 2 minutes to load. Also would love more loyalty rewards and offers. 😊

I don't have anything to really complain about but I wish you could pay in person when you order and pick up, still a very cool feature that I'm glad can be used because of the points even if you don't have a credit card. I also wish you could redeem your points if you forgot to show your membership, like the feature that Nando's have with their receipts.
