I brought a retro console for my nephew, I first challenged the website as the same product was advertised cheaper on the same day, I sent numerous emails to their support page with no response. There is also a security issue as once ai had paid ai was receiving emails from Paypal asking me to enter my bank details so obviously a scam from either the company themselves or someone at the company. In total I messaged 5 times and no one responded I then called 5 times and was left waiting for someone to answer for over 30 minutes each time finally on attempt 5 I spoke to someone who assured me at the latest the item would be delivered on the 25/1 today is the 25th and no item. I did receive an email after the call reiterating the delivery date so I have been emailing that directly , the response form customer service is flippant and rude and I have copied a snippet of a response from a guy called Adam Roberts (this is copied straight from the email) ‘As we are the voucher provider we have a legal obligation to you for the voucher not the product’ There is no customer service from this company and they do not care about you or the product just the money. Stay well clear it’s a massive scam!

Both me and my friend ordered a “tablet” from here which was on sale for 75% off. We thought this was an amazing deal! My friend ordered hers nearly 3 weeks ago and I ordered mine nearly 2 weeks ago and neither have us have received the item. They have not replied to any of my emails regarding the item, however they have emailed my friend a few times. Their communication is very poor as is their English. Since checking other reviews I have realised that a lot of people don’t receive their products or they are not what they seem to be!! Very disappointed as I’ve lost out on £40 which was going towards my sons Christmas presents. Will not shop here again and I advise everyone else to check reviews before buying.

I placed an order 1 month ago they sent me something else I have sent numerous complaints they told me they would contact the merchant and would hear in 7 days it’s been 10 days now then I’ve just received an email saying they will get in touch with the merchant but to give them 7 days I’ve requested a full refund but they keep fobbing me off I was supposed to get my order within 14 days it’s been 29 days since I placed my order they take your money in 2 seconds but getting a refund is like getting blood from a stone .DONT Purchase from gogroopie you can’t phone or email them I’ve never dealt with a company like it I’m surprised it hasn’t gone into liquidation

Do not join thousands of cheated p1ssed off buyers !!!! You will be sold a UK product, but you will be sent a plastic Chinese counterfeit that should go straight to the bin !!! Nothing they send you works (if they send you anything all !!! Their Customer service will ignore you from then on. There is no way of returning the sh1tty item back to them for refund. They do not provide a phone line that works no one to talk to, no one to complain to. !!!!! THE WORST OF THE WORST !!!!!

Finally you've got a new version which is working much better than the previous one... I will definitely use it to search for cheap deals before Xmas!
