Pretty rubbish when you have to fish through your emails to find out what rewards you currently have rather than being able to click on the app and find all the useful info there, due to a constant spinning donut that never ever loads! It’s been like this for a few months now though, come on guys - what’s the hold up with fixing it? 2 stars purely because my barcode still works! Not really getting much else from the app. Disappointing

I think they’ve fixed some of the problems other people are having. I for one can’t log in anywhere but the app, so the whole Krispy Kreme system in general has a lot of issues. I’ve had a lot of problems with loading the barcode to scan too, and it would be nice if the app told you your progress towards rewards or purchase history or something...

Like many others have said, there are difficulties in logging in despite details being correct, even when I do manage to log in there's no barcode to scan, and my rewards aren't displayed. This would be tolerable if the ability to 'register your receipt' function worked. It's a very unreliable app at best and needs to be redesigned into something that works. Now I find that they have stopped doing the Cruller donut again :( Annoyances all round.

I tried to register and it told me to use a valid email, and I know for a fact the address I repeatedly put in was correct. After putting in a different email and it finally working, I ticked the box to accept the terms and conditions, tried to continue, and it kept telling me to accept the terms and conditions! What a waste of time; not worth the hassle. Absolutely awful app.

The app works perfectly well on my phone and I've never had any problems with it. Love the membership idea (free doughnuts!).
