Slow is a bit slow but still not the worse. No Face ID nor Touch ID hurts, for which very popular for many banks’ apps. Please catch up and implement both features!

Very slow and lag, old school awful page design, ineffective log in system, couldn’t log in with the correct password and suspend my account all the time. should at least save all log in details to the new updates, I don’t want to log in with the password again. Other bank Application can do that Standard Chartered, Bank of China, you name it, NO EXCUSE! Cliche working style, slow and bad UI, decades behind the trend of a proper E-banking service, what a shame

When i modified a scheduled bill payment and changed the amount without changing the date, it keeps prompting error saying "pls enter a correct payment month". But the month is a dropdown list, how incorrect it is? Good that it adds touch ID access now.
