SC Mobile Hong Kong

I am writing this review because there is a functionality that I wish you can add on this app. On the SC Pay page, please allow to have the option of where the source funds will come from when sending FPS. Currently it's only possible when I change who is the "default proxy ID", but it's a lot hassle because I have to enter OTP. If a user has a current and savings, make it easy for them to choose which account to use to send FPS.

Complaint on After UPDATEing, further DOWNLOADing/INSTALLATION is required while opening the App After downloading the UPDATE of YOUR App at home, when I open the App, it requires a further downloading / installation. (usually while I was shopping). POOR App Design Reason 1: It embarrasses me when I am at the front of the queue & urgently need your App to work for me. POOR App Design Reason 2: It wastes me valuable time when I have to use your App to do a very simple process, but it takes me a lot of time to wait for the downloading/installation before YOUR App is ready to work. CUNNING App Design Reason 1: It costs me my Mobile Data to do the download out there without WiFi. You MUST have received BENEFIT or REBATE from the Mobile Service Provider. No matter what, the DEBT is on you, because it is your App. What a POOR and CUNNING design !! Also, why is it necessary to UPDATE your App so FREQUENTLY? Is it because your App contains too MANY BUGs to be fixed? Please provide a detailed list of items you need to fixed. Cause, it is really annoying.

Cant login after upgrade the app. I used fingerprint to login but keep loading and said I dont have internet connection which I actually have. Sometime it moved to SC mobile key, but still cannot login and keep loading. I tried online banking as well, however i cant accept request from the apps. Please help to fix asap. I am using 13.1.3 version. Thx

This batch of update is disastrous that I even cannot login to my account by any means, including the website one as it requires mobile authentication. Let me put it clearly that this is not the first time I have encountered this kind of issue. As a retail client what I need is simply stable and reliable banking services which I can perform some basic banking functions anytime, but SC fails in every aspect. I am literally planning to close my bank account and cancel my credit card soon. Goodbye SC.

The worst banking app I’ve ever used. The so called SC mobile key takes forever to proceed to other page, tried many times in different network still got this unacceptable performance , after so many attempts , I still couldn’t get it setup . It took me more than 10 times in order to get into the SMS verification step even all my login/password entered correctly and failed again after setup the 6- digits passcode. Rubbish !
