The “Mystery Film” feature does not work on the tvOS version of the Curzon Player app. I only watch films on my TV screen so I always use the Apple TV. Unfortunately the effect of this is that I can’t watch one of the films out of the Curzon 12 selection each month.

I love Curzon Cinemas. Despite some glitches, I used to like even the app as it allowed me to (chrome)cast to my tv easily. However, the Chromecast button out of sudden disappeared (although it works for every other app). Reinstall doesn’t help. LiveChat support couldn’t help. I was advised to use other devices to cast to my TV. Hence, the ios app is effectively unusable (who would watch Curzon films on their phone?).

No film! I paid for and tried to start the film "73 Cows", got "BAFTAshorts" and could not get to my film. No way out, no means of searching - just stuck in something I did not order or want. So I tried to report the issue and was told the form could not submit! So my money was taken, I was fed something I didn't want and the reputation of the film will be damaged. What a pity.

Just had a shockingly negative experience with ‘chatter’ whose sole purpose was to flag up the FAQ url. No courtesy, no patience, nothing. Has put me off Curzon just as much as the confusing platforms, access and erratic iPad app which now no longer even downloads. Such a shame as the films are wonderful.

Curzon website claims that the app has chrome cast facility. This is not the case and is a shame because you cannot watch films on your tv. Still cannot confirm chromecast button on version 1.6.0. Also website screenshots still not updated since 1.4.1. Live chat line no help.
