Going through the line up allows you to “like” an event to save it, but if I close the app and come back again later my saved events are no longer there?

Used this last year happily but having installed the updated app it just says “there is nothing here, please check back later on each page”. Given the website contains no stage times because they are in the app, this is a bit of a problem. Queue time trawling the internet on 3rd party sites for the info. Useless! So then reinstalled the app as per your suggestion. Saved line up preferences for Friday and Saturday and put my Saturday ticket in the wallet. None of the lineup stuff worked and all the info was lost next day. Couldn’t access the map. Updated the app every time you sent a bug fix but to no avail. On Saturday app wouldn’t open, which was unfortunate given my ticket was in the wallet. Luckily they accepted the email from AXS given the issues I was having. By the end of the weekend we had all nicknamed it the crap app!

The app is good in many respects but annoyingly it doesn’t retain schedule choices, which I have had to re enter each time I open it...

App doesn’t seem to work properly. I have my tickets on there but can’t share or transfer them to my friends. There’s no help page or contact info. It’s also not clear whether I can use the tickets in the app for entry, to save printing them.

Great app and listened to feedback - looking forward to using this next weekend
