I like the convenience of ordering on an app, I just wish this one had less issues. Sometimes when there are still several hours before a store closes, it won’t let me place a pickup order until the next morning, which is irritating, because if I use DoorDash to place a pickup order, it shows there’s still plenty of time to do so. It seems to happen most of the time, but not all the time, which is confusing. I’ve also noticed many small errors with prices and ingredients (for example whether they’re listed under premium toppings or regular). It seems to change often, so I guess they’re working to update things. It’s unfortunate that the problems in the app sometimes make it so that I need to go through the line instead when picking it up already prepared is more convenient.
It would also be great if they added an option to get your bowl mixed up. I always ask for that in store (much easier than doing at home) but in the app it defaults to not mixed.
