Evergreens Salad

This app has made it so easy for me. I come through the airport a lot and being able to order when I’m landing, grab it and run to my next flight is a lifesaver!

I love using this app to order my salads twice a week and have them ready and waiting for me when I get there. I have so many orders because I go every week, so I thought by now, I’d have at least a few bitcarrots added to my account. But no. I’m still at the same level I was when I downloaded the app. How do you earn bitcarrots to get to the next level, if not by ordering through the app? Will increase this rating when this is made clear. Thanks!

Love evergreens. The app itself is a bit clunky, on occasion my order didn’t even make it to the store’s system (though I got an email confirmation). Would love to see improvements to the app interface and some way to monitor when the order is actually ready. And can we please get the option to have the salad pre-mixed like if you order in person?

I have a gift card, but there is no way to add it to my account in the app. I wanna eat your salads and I wanna use the gift card but I cannot use the gift card, I assume, unless I show up and order in person and most locations are too busy at lunch time not to preorder. As such, y’all are like 5th on my list of go-to lunch spots. Fix this, and with the quality of the food, I’d be more likely to go.

I’m not able to enter my student discount or list how I’d like my dressing (extra, medium or light). It also takes thirty minutes which seems like a long time. Sometimes I get to the store before they make it and stand in line to get it sooner. I like that I get rewards but wish the app was more refined like the Starbucks app.
