This experience was horrible. If I could give no stars I would but then you would think I forgot to fill that out. Calling the bcbs rep was also a horrible experience. The whole thing hinges on opening the app. So trying to do this with a bcbs rep on the phone with me, this did not happen. With today’s technology, and a live voice working through this it should be simple. But it was impossible. Talk with your IT people on how to make their bcbs computer experience easier. Really it should be very simple. Even trying to log in with the information on my bcbs card it would tell me the information was wrong. For example they asked for subscriber Id and they kept telling me whoops something is wrong. But I triple checked and I was putting the right number in. I could go on and on but I am going to stop now.

Everything about this app is dated and poorly programmed. It’s also very slow. Login problems, network connection problems, redirects to mobile websites for basic stuff like looking up Rx costs, and the information within is rarely useful or accurate. Mine won’t even load my ID card. It’s only saving grace is that it shows me my claims and EOB before they arrive in the mail. I’d use a computer instead but my laptop is older and slower than this app because I rarely need a computer anymore.

Easy to log in and view every bit of my info needed, make payments and even instantly show my ID card. Is it super fast? No... but it doesn’t need to be when it is loading a crap ton of useful info for our eyes to feast on. Great app if you actually want to see your information relatively quickly and easily. This is hands down easier to use than the web site.

This app forces me to do a mandatory update and since then Touch ID stopped working and not accepting my correct password. UI is probably the worst I've seen in ages, its web page in mobile. Links to the web pages where you have to login again and again. You need better developers. My company just switched from United to Blue Cross, I just wish they could switch back just for the app alone. Absolute worst app on the App Store!

This app is smooth and really user friendly. It's cool that you can see your ID card on there. So you don't have worry about having the actual card on you all the time incase of an emergency. You can see your claims and even your HSA balance, if you have an HSA account. Nice app. Bravo.
