It worked fine last week but now all I see is “network trouble detected”. It was showing the same error message both before and after updating.

Arryved is fine for 90% of users going to a brewhouse that uses it to start a tab and close out hands-free, but it’s very unfriendly for those using a venue’s ‘bonus’ point system to do anything ...it may or may not show that you’ve accrued points, and no one seems to know how you can redeem them.

DO NOT DO THIS TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!! How many hoops must we jump through to obtain food/drinks/whatever. I would rather yell my order AND payment information across the room than use this app. Very glitchy and sooooo many steps. Before using this app for your business please answer this question: Are my employees ALL I.T. Workers? If not, then save yourself the time and headache and do not use this.

This app is required for use to open and close a tab at our local brewery but I can’t get it to even allow me to enter a credit card before it freezes up. Uninstalled and reinstalled twice but it wont work. Hopefully breweries and restaurants dont lose too much business using this app as part of their new infrastructure.

I just sent an email to their support department. This app is not functional. I tried to add a credit card and finish setting this up but, all I get is white blank screens. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app twice after that and tried to sign on to my account at least five times using the codes they sent. None of them work. Disappointed.
