First of all, I have seen couches in the dumpster that look newer than this app. As soon as I opened it I was back in the early 2000s. Nothing works at all and that’s not an exaggeration. This app is literally useless. Input all of my info multiple times just for nothing to happen at the end. The website is just as bad.

Doesn't provide any relevant information and simply doesn't work. Multiple buttons/options don't work. It wouldn't even let me change the expiration date on my credit card to make a payment. Don't waste your time with this app.

I opened the app and I immediately received an error message telling me that the app won't work with future versions of iOS and they need to update it. I tried it anyways and I should have listened. Just update your stuff...I mean, come on...

The app will not load past the information screen. I cannot do anything. I’ve restarted the app multiple times. Re-entered information. Still, nothing... I would just call them.

Their website encourages you to download the app for convenience- yet this app is impossible to function. Doesn't work whatsoever. Also won't work with any updated phones? Not sure how that is supposed to be convenient.
