The functions of the App are great and user friendly esp. the car parking one. However, the sever is not stable and sometimes it took very long to load a page, upload receipts for reward points and access to car parking record.

A fabulous app for the users, which show us many informative information. It is convenient for the users as it covers many shopping malls in Hong Kong. If you try to download this app, who can experience the newest messages from the app. I hope the operators can add more functions into this app, such as the time for the function and activities. Thank you.

User-friendly. Very convenient to shift from one mall to another. Can take a ticket or reserve table for restaurants. Most importantly, having various merchant coupons and even lucky draw! Will recommend it to my family and friends.

The latest version of this app is the worst one. Not user friendly, when I upload the invoice and payment slip, the app can’t read the info. of the receipt and credit card slip for the apple pay and octopus payment, and the app showing loading always. Waste my time!! Pls fix the problem ASAP

Very disappointed on this point system’s arrangement. No clear guidelines that the company advised the members to register the transactions by themselves. As I bought sth over a few thousands, I tried to register it they your reception, but your staff simply refused the clients that they could not help to register the transactions on 15th day, ... what’s a ridiculous! They’ve just asked to call your hotline during office hours. VERY POOR EXPERIENCE!
