The app froze (with a blank screen) after I completed my payment via third-party payment channels (I tried ApplePay and Alipay). It turned out charging me around $1200 without successfully placing any order! Its Customer Services said it would take around 6 weeks to investigate into the case. It sounds ridiculous to me as it takes that long for the investigation even the customer reported a loss of $1200 due to its system errors. If the system is so buggy, how can we trust using its online services anymore? We should not be the one to help debug the system by risking our own money. The case is reported to the Consumer Council.

他們的網店註明購買$500以上即可免費送貨，但送貨諸多限制，例如藉口說他們不能在你的大廈門停車，所以就不能送上去你府上（我在其他網店購物時，從沒這個問題），當向客戶服務查詢時，他們只說如果我不想再光顧他們的網店，是我的個人選擇，完全沒有解決問題的意向。 They claimed that delivery is free for buying $500 worth of goods or more. However, they found excuses such as not being able to park at your front gate and refused to deliver to your door. (I have never experienced the same problem buying things from other online shops.) When explaining to the customer service, they simply said it’s my choice if I don’t want to buy from them anymore. They don’t even attempt to solve the problem.

Consider how much you are making off consumers - pay for developing a decent app! Your app blows: inaccurate search results, unfriendly viewing options, missing orders at checkout...Where shall we begin? Does your app developer actually try to use this APP?! How about the product manager? Anyone actually used this before launching?

Able to create my own frequent buy grocery list and scan barcode to search products.

This app shown my account linked to money back card but I don’t see any points from this app. When I try to make online purchase, I can’t earn any point. But when I go to the money back back app, it shown I have point. When you try to call the CS, they recommended you not to use this app but Web version instead!! Such a joke
