Word Mocha!

I have loved this game for a long time - well over a year. I’ve achieved advanced levels and enjoy progressing though the next levels offered. For the past few days it would not load. Over and over again I tried to load it. There was a glitch. Even with the new iOS update, it still wouldn’t load. I gave up, deleted it, and reloaded it. Of course it started over from the beginning. I’m so disappointed that I can’t continue to play this game. I know there are other similar games but I really liked Word Mocha.

I enjoy this game. It’s challenging at times, but it’s a great time killer! I can’t play games that have flashing lights or extreme animation, so imagine my distress when quietly playing this fun word game and an ad pops up at the bottom of the screen that resembles Facebook’s notification that you have a message on Messenger. But the #1 is constantly flashing! So annoying! And disturbing! I tried to cover it so the constant flashing wouldn’t bother me, but that’s hard to do and still play. So I decided to click on it 1) hoping it would go away; 2) so I could notify you which advertiser it is. Silly me! I should have known! I got a stupid message that’s written by someone who sounds as if English is not his first language telling me I WON the chance to get a $1000 Walmart gift card if I choose the correct gift box. And, of course, I can’t get off that page without closing out the whole page, thus shutting down my game in progress. I’m afraid if it happens again, I’ll just have to delete this game. I really enjoy it and would hate to do it, but that ad needs to be banned!

This is my third word game from you guys. I love playing them, but I hate ads. Especially when I have all the sound down and all of a sudden loud music etc. I paid for no ads on 3 of your games, then I get to the point when there are no more puzzle in that game, and if I start another one I have to pay another 3 bucks for no ads. Doesn’t seem fair. If I knew the game would end, especially so soon, I might have thought twice about continuing to purchase ad free playing! Let the purchase of no ads continue to other games if you reach the end! That’s my suggestion. I will continue to play word chums with friends, but no more of the others!

I absolutely love this game as well as your others! Awesome game that calms my mind before sleep. Ads aren’t so bad, there are worse. I’d be tempted to pay for no ads but not $2.99. If there were more levels maybe but I see it’s been 6mos since last update. Definitely will support developers that create great games without feeling ripped off. So if there’s a ton more levels added and or price drop for sure worth it. Or possibly find a way to discount price if we own your other games. Love your games. Please keep up the good works.

I have no hard feelings about this wonderful game! I even played for an hour to reach my next cup of coffee. I was super impressed about the steam and bubbles in the cup such a cute design! I was so looking forward to seeing my next cup of coffee, when I realized all it was, was just the same coffee but in a different color cup! It was really disappointing for me especially after all that hard work!!! So I don’t know if it’s all like that or just this level but please fix this or I will no longer be playing this game! Lots of love! ❤️
