The app works fine on the iPhone except when camera goes out and has to be unplugged to be reset. That happened first day with 1 camera. The 2nd camera went out the other day. 3rd seems to be stable. That is not practical for the cameras that were installed using ladders. 2nd, there is no PC version for the SNK model. The SNK model is to be used exclusively for your phone. Meaning you get to run down your phone battery just for the privilege of using this $300 product every day. Once you realize you cannot stream the camera feeds from your PC, Samsung counts on you not returning this product once you’ve installed. Don’t buy this, total scam.

This app is so amazingly frustrating. I don’t know how anyone can rate it above a single star. Let’s start with the ridiculously sluggish responsiveness. If you press a button, many times it does not react at all. I realize that a lot of this is related to network speed, but even with a strong signal I am constantly tapping the screen to get what I need. I use the app to view the traffic in my neighborhood as we have a lot of cars running stop signs and speeding, and we have had a couple of incidents where pedestrians were almost hit. I have been trying for the last hour to pull and record a 15 minute span to provide to the police, but God forbid I get any sort of notification on my iPad. It stops everything and forces me to start all over again. More screen tapping followed by recording the first couple of minutes, then ANY notification shuts it down. Also, it does not allow you to share or store videos in a common format. I would love to be able to post a video to the local crime site or email to the police, but I actually have to play a video on my iPad and record the screen with my phone.

I can’t believe Samsung would allow this app to be associated with such a well named company. I Purchased the Sam song security camera system specifically for the brand and the recognition. As I said the app is totally worthless. Travel to Cincinnati Ohio this weekend there was no location which would provide a WiFi signal strong enough to support the viewing my security cameras at home. When it says it will work with a G3 network that what they mean. Any G4 LTE it will not work, totally worthless. I would recommend anyone considering purchasing Sam song to consider the usability of this app before making a purchase. Very frustrating and their customer support isn’t any better.

Ive seen many reviews for this app that were poor ... i have the samsung system from sams club and this app has worked flawlessly for months (bought in August 17-now February 18). Zero complaints so far .. i did notice when my wife signs in from her phone on the same user name it tends to kick me out ... solution=i gave her a different user name=works perfect Very user friendly app I almost didnt buy the system because of the app reviews but im happy i did ... paid off big.

This app is beyond terrible. This is 2018 and this is the best you can do. Have tried several different ways to get it to work . Doesn’t work at all. I wish I could have gave it a zero but 1 was the lowest I could go. Samsung should be ASHAMED to have their name associated with this app. I bought the Samsung system because of the other products I own. This app and not being able to see my cameras remotely is a huge disappointment . Do not buy this product - Get Ring or Nest systems if you want to be able to remotely see your cameras. Overall the cameras and picture is good but the complete lack of being able to remotely view them makes this system a complete disappointment.
