I just want to say that I love Wintrust bank. Myself and my family memebers Bank with them and they are a great bank. That’s not the issue. The app has been the issue for us. We used to be able to log in fine until a few weeks ago, it wouldn’t accept credentials. Logging on a desktop site is perfectly fine so I know the credentials are not the problem. I used to be able to login with my fingerprint also, but one day, it just wouldn’t let me in anymore. I loved the convenience of the app. I’m really hoping they fix these issues. It seems like this has been an ongoing problem for a while now with a lot of people.

I don’t have any of the technical problems other people are complaining about -they may have fixed the login bugs- or maybe it’s because I login with face ID on my iPhone X. but the app starts really slow and it’s slow to generate information which is not very high tech or what you expect from a banking app

So I just opened an account with wintrust and I got to say everything was smooth. If I was stuck I could call and customer service they would help and stay on the line with you until everything was taking care of and I was satisfied. Customer service is great! So I downloaded the APP and it’s great I see my account and I see my transactions. That’s all I need. A+

Use card less cash often and it is fast and secure. Hate carrying any more cards than I have, now I don’t carry debit card. Been using the Zelle features which eliminates the remainder of my check writing needs. Now bye bye card and and paper. Keep up the useful features like Zelle and cardless, thanks.

I have used this app for the last 3 years. It has worked with no issues. However when I upgraded my phone from an Apple Xs Max to an 11 Pro Max I no longer have the ability to use Face ID to log in. It is offering Touch ID but this phone does not use that feature.
