Wilson Parking

I use the Wilson app to book parking near my office every now and then. I find that it is very clear and easy to use, and I don’t find any step confusing or frustrating which speaks volumes about the effort that was put into the user experience of this app. The smart features like suggesting to switch to using my Wilson One card for access rather than my credit card was very useful. Well done to the product team

From the outset, forced change of my existing password takes three attempts ( of the same password ) to reset. I get the ‘incorrect email’ message ( which was unchanged ), wrong password and then account / password mismatch, using the exact same details each time. Pushing through that ( with exactly the same details each time ) I get to ‘bring across your web details’ and three attempts at that gives me ‘oops, your web details are a little complicated, call customer support or look around’. So I, now not able to log in, I choose ‘look around’, to be stuck at a screen that wants me to register for Wilson parking before I can go anywhere else. Great job guys, but using your customers for beta testing went out a long time ago.

Big step up from prior web version which was simply horrendous. Couple of simple improvements would give it a star or two more: 1. Have as an option do the same booking I did last time. Every day I book in the morning before I drive in. Why can’t it remember this versus defaulting to tomorrow? 2. When I change the above default from tomorrow to today, the thing does the validation before I can change the leaving time to today saying no parking option available. Super annoying. Pls fix.

App works as well as the website when is a pile... basically, it works well when booking short simple stays, but any times where special prices apply, the app doesn’t work. So if you’re looking for overnight parking or some sort of early bird or evening parking, it simply doesn’t work 95% of the time. Instead, it tells you there is no parking available or that the times are incorrect or that you can’t do overnight parking at those times despite the car park being open and overnight prices applying if you drive in directly and pay. It’s almost completely useless.

Worked well for a couple of weeks but hasn’t worked since!!! Get to the end of booking process and get ‘sorry undefined is not an object’. Wilson Parking have tried to help but none of their suggestions have worked!I have deleted then uploaded the app again many times, edited my details using the desktop version (including credit card details) to no avail- come on Wilson Parking please it shouldn’t be this hard!!!!! Part 2 - still waiting for a response Developer or Wilson Parking. Part 3 - is there anybody out there at WP or am I just talking to myself? Really shonky customer service guys!!!!
