And when they do, after spending hundreds of pounds, they pay nothing. What is the point taking me to bonus after hours of spinning for it, then pay out nothing or a very minuscule amount which isn’t even 1% of what I spent??! How are your theoretical payouts 90-95%? I never get back £90-£95 quid from every £100 spent therefore you guys are lying about you percentage payouts. I do enjoy a spin but I can’t be spending grands and can never win anything big. I’d like to know if anyone has ever received a jackpot yet, as I was spinning on Dragon’s Luck, the hourly bonus had to be won in just under two minutes so I up my stake and spin, only to see the jackpot was won, but it’s never me who wins it...

Deposited £10 and got £30 as a bonus. Began to spin on the slots and I was winning some small amounts but nothing massive. Each time I won I’d check to see if I could withdraw anything but it just kept saying I couldn’t withdraw bonus funds. So I kept going doing the exact same thing and my amount was slowing draining. I got down to £10 and wanted to withdraw my original stake but it wouldn’t let me do that either. I contacted William Hill and they just said I hadn’t won anything and that the £10 was a bonus. So basically you have £40 to spin but can never withdraw it. Terrible app. DO NOT USE!!!

Personally think this is a great app! Great features and quality. I don’t know why everyone is complaining about the £30 bonus when you deposit £10? I think some people need to read the t’s & c’s before making their judgement as there is a wagering requirement. The whole point of the welcome bonus is so you have more funds to try more of their games (which I think is a bonus in itself) People writing reviews on here need to think properly about what they are writing as you are supposed to be reviewing a smashing app and not a welcome bonus.. (Ps if you have read a review based on the welcome bonus make your own judgement!) Well done WH !! Keep it up :)

William Hill has to be one of the best paying vegas sites with the most choice of different games compared to many other sites that are out there, keep up the good work and don’t change anything, And as for the other review I read by James he needs to understand that nothing is free always read terms and conditions and you won’t be so disappointed.

So I have like I imagine many others tried tonnes of online/mobile casinos... William hill are without a doubt the best. They are fair, put plenty of promotional offers on including free spins etc... A lot of the time these come with no wagering requirements and if they do have a wagering requirement they are fair. Highly recommend 5*
