This app is so so so so outdated. The company needs to update and improve the basic functionality of this app. I leave the app for 20 seconds (due to an in-app issue), come back to finish my claim and it has completely logged me out! The interface is slow, there is no indication that my finger strokes have registered when I press a button, three of four finger taps later the next page loads (this is a supper slow app) and the app registers my additional finger taps on the newly loaded page and I end up getting wisked away to another page I did not want to go to. I attempted to take a photo of my claim receipt and the camera function was so outdated that my phone or the app would not support taking a photo in-app. We could also do with an updated keyboard. Here I go again, logging into the app, starting my claim over, with a photo of the receipt already loaded on my phone, wish me luck I get through the process this time!

Absolutely horrible. I could almost halfway understand that they chose not to have a mobile friendly web page (in any mobile browser), but an actual app made for the phone that isn’t mobile friendly??? It cuts off the pages with no ability to scroll to see the missing information. Hideous. Did I say this was a horrible app? It needs said again. This app is ridiculously horrible.

I am very happy to use this app now that it's been updated with a sleek user interface and new look. Finding a nearby eye doctor is so much easier with this new app. I also like how I can reference my previous visits and see which benefits I have yet to use this year. VSP is the best vision insurance out there no doubt about it. And now I can even show my optometrist my benefits even before they could look them up (yeah that actually happened). Can't wait till they put in face unlock. Good update to a useful app!

Trying to schedule and appointment for some of the providers, it makes you check day by day and the if you don’t find an available appointment and want to search for another provider there is not a home page button or back to search button, you have to go back as many times as you search for available appointments per days! So annoying!

Normally I don’t give reviews like this. But save your time. Very difficult to navigate. I’ve seen a dr and it still doesn’t show my history, even though customer service says they do. You can’t see what stage a claim is on. Also you can’t seem to find, or find easily, (I’ve yet to find it)the out of network benefits. Like others have said, it’s just a mobile version of the website.
