I have this garbage on my two televisions for over a year as am unable to get free view or sky as in a basement flat with no dish etc... I am cancelling all subscriptions today as I would rather have nothing. Channels not working or the only good ones have been taken off. No listings so you have to literally click on each channel and wait to see what is on once it has finally loaded. (Yes could get the radio times but these days it should be so much easier!) Channel signal drops out every 10mins Record function??? Forget about it!!!! Hahahahah Program reminders???? Don’t be silly?!!!! Hahahahahah Keeps on logging you out so you have to put your email and password in 50% of the time... a pain if you quickly want to see the news before dashing out etc... Some channels say my amount of devices has been reached and I can’t access. I go to sort out and check subscriptions on the website as requested and there is no way of finding the problem- USELESS! Recent update/upgrade.... you are having a laugh?!!!! Now the remote doesn’t even change the channel!!!! Hahahah RIDICULOUS! So you have to go back out to the home screen every time you want to change channel and start all over again! And then 75% of the channels you click on say ‘Video not found’!!! I go to make a complaint through the website and you can’t get hold of anyone. I don’t know how you have been getting away with taking people’s money for so long. YOU ARE THIEVES!

Been using the free version of this app for a few years now and it’s been getting progressively worse and worse. The latest version constantly logs me out so I have to faff about logging in again almost every time I use it and during streaming the screen often goes black but the sound carries on, or the sound goes off, or it buffers despite having a fast connection and no issues on any other streaming apps. Also the new interface isn’t as easy to use as the old one, and sticking half the free channels right down the list so you have to scroll past the paid ones to get to them was another annoying move by the developer. I really haven’t got a good word to say about this terrible app and there’s no way I’d ever start paying for it cos it basically doesn’t work. Hopefully a someone will bring out an alternative so I can delete it once and for all.

I have been using this app ever since it popped up on the appletv app store. It used to be great, freezing very few times and as i was living in Spain it was the only free app i found that could watch uk tv without vpn. They are now a failure of their success and now black screens with audio, freezes with no audio, ALOT. Somedays unwatchable. I also signed up to the pay package with all the subscription channels, but just ended up with loads of channels that i cant watch. They cannot fulfil the amount of client connections to their streaming servers. Such a shame because it could be so good.

Used to have this a few years back and experienced a few problems and annoyances as i’ve read in reviews... Recently downloaded again, and although there seems to be less channels, they seem far better and always find something to watch! Just got rid of my recent expensive media contract and switching to this full time tv watching. Brilliant! Can’t think why not 5 stars!! The new update must have been a good one. Interface is easy to use and very pleasing. Would love a rewind option and couple more great channels. Please don’t remove any though! 🤩

I used to use this mainly for the TV guide feature to see what was upcoming on TV. This version has made it considerably slower to access this. It now shows an activity indicator every time I switch between days. Please improve this... UPDATE: I’ve now discovered you’ve removed the remind me feature... brilliant! UPDATE 2: It feels a lot more smoother now but the remind me feature is still missing, please bring it back!
