MTV Play: on demand reality tv

With regards a smart TV app, we don’t have that available at present but you can use Chromecast devices to hook your phone up to your TV should you wish. Hey, thanks for your review and detailed feedback, we really appreciate you taking the time to make suggestions for improvements and we've got to say, they're all completely valid. To respond to each point: 1 - Absolutely, we're aware of usability issues with clicking the play/pause button that can sometimes cause playback to start from the beginning, our developers are working on this currently to, in the short-term, make the target area for this button bigger, to avoid conflict, but also more long-term to review the overall console and see how we can make it easier to use all round. 2 - Again, this is an issue that we're aware of and are currently working on. There are some gremlins in the coding for certain series that mean episodes appear in the wrong order, but we're picking these up as we find them and looking to correct them as soon as possible, whilst also working on preventing this happening in the future. 3 - That's a great idea, I'll put it to our developers to factor into the review of the play console. 4 - Again, another great idea that would make content more accessible so I'll pass it on to our developers. I can't give you timelines on these developments at present, as there are often unforeseen complications with adding new features that then need to be addressed and we're constantly working on updating and improving the app anyway, but I will certain forward your review on to the developers because there are some great points in there and we genuinely do appreciate your feedback. Hey, thanks for the review and sorry about the problems with the pause/resume button. It's something we're aware of and have asked our Tech Team to resolve as you're not alone in finding it frustrating. I believe that a fix, whereby the target area for the button will be expanded, to avoid this issue, should be released soon. Hi Amie-Jade, thanks for your review and really sorry about the problems you were having logging into the app. We had a widespread technical issue this morning (17th June) that restricted access and presented the error you've mentioned, even when you had an internet connection. Our Tech Team were able to identify and rectify the problem fairly promptly and you should now be able to access the app as normal, although you may have to close the app (including the background cached version) and reopen it.
