Works just like it should. Thailand is a land where many online apps do not function properly. True is on top of their game. Kudos to them for the good work.

This is truly an amazing app. Very user friendly, and convenient. Bill payment has never been so easy!

This new iservice totally changes its interface. I like the way the app show all bills in one page so that I can look at the summary of all packages or click into detail at the same time. Buying additional net package is easier and there are even cheaper packages sold on the app. (Not sure how long it will last.) The chat function is nice. Wish it will provide more functions relating to True Online soon. Nice work!

I tried using this about a year ago and it never worked. Seems there was an update and I can finally pay!! It is still pretty slow but at least there is progress. Hope they keep improving it

It's great to finally have this app downloaded on my phone, the thing is, it displays your current bill but I still don't have any breakdown of my usage for that specific bill on a previous month. I have tried checking the "WiFi Coverage", when I search for my location, it's showing that WiFi is in my area but what's going on? I have never been able to connect for over 5 months now! It didn't even show as an option when I search it on my phone! When I tried to chat from the app itself, it says "You will be served, you are in the 1th place" Seriously?????! Who the hell is your designer of this app? Shame on them! They can't even speak English! It's not 1th but it's 1st! You guys are ridiculous! Consult someone or hire a Copy Editor so that someone can review whatever text will be used on the app, you're funny as hell! So, I'm on the 1st queue, but did someone chat with me? No, never! I was just waiting for several hours and nothing happened. Watta waste of time!!! 😡😡😡
