Just tried to book ticket to a show and it failed twice. I went from row F to row K and when I got to my computer after the second failure I could only book row N. Not happy at all. First time it kept fluctuating between 3 minutes and 2 minutes. I submitted before the time ran out on the app but then it said I didn’t submit in time. The gift card section doesn’t allow spaces so my copy and paste didn’t work and that’s why it took me so long. The second time it failed and said “oops something went wrong” and kicked me out altogether. In between all this I tried calling the booking phone number and they hung up on me 6 times. Very unimpressed. The app has a great look and feel though.

I have been trying to buy tickets for Harry Potter and the cursed child but neither the website nor the app will function to allow the sale to go through. Furthermore it lists availability of tickets that are no longer available (or that you cannot select) so you are left in the position of being forced into buying the most expensive tickets. To make matters worse there is no easily contactable customer service, you are left with the information that “we may get back to you within 3 days OR within 3 days of the event”. When trying to plan a trip this is not enough time, 3 days prior to the event. Finally their customer service number which you are discouraged from calling unless your event is within 24 hours is actually engaged and instead of being placed in a queue you are unable to get through. This is a terrible system and really needs some improvement to make it a) function and b) have accessible support when it doesn’t!

Ordered tickets as Print From Home option, as I usually do (to avoid the fictional handling fees charged for a hard copy), only to find, an hour before the concert that you can not access your tickets on the Ticketmaster mobile site. The only reason I got this app was because I thought surely the whole point of the app is a place to store your tickets. NOPE. You have to log in, and then it serves you the exact same experience as the mobile version of the website. "Your ticket is available via: print at home" and an unclickable link. The only way to access my ticket was ducking in to an office building and using their desktop. I even tried calling Ticketmaster and they were either engaged or aren't open after 5pm for some dumb reason. Not a happy customer, such an awful experience. Don't even bother using this useless app.

If you don’t have your password first go, it doesn’t tell you your details aren’t correct but instead suggests that the entire network is down. Real useful. I have two tickets to Harry Potter but nowhere can i find exact confirmation of what time the first show starts - only the second show time is displayed. It’s also not clear how to access tickets via mobile. I had to dig into FAQs to confirm that tickets are only made available 72 hours beforehand hence I’m stuck in an empty feedback loop while trying to load them. Fixing the login problem would be worth an extra two stars but that’s a HUGE issue for users

For some reason beyond understanding (and beyond the knowledge of the Ticketmaster call centre person) you can’t print tickets from for your phone. Either from Safari or from this app. You can’t even view your ticket barcode from this app. You can forward your ticket, but not to yourself. And although the app says it integrates with Apple Wallet, it doesn’t. At least not for the tickets I bought. The initial screen is also confusing - it forces you to search for an event before you can access your account. Enter through the gift store...
