The Human Bean

I really love app, I noticed some negative reviews about the scanner not working half the time, but I think now that it’s been updated and the baristas have started getting used to everything, that it’s working quite well. I also noticed, though, that I would have to buy 11 coffees in order to get one free, instead of the usual 10 on the punch cards. So I agree with the person who said it should be more equal to the punch cards, especially for those people who spend less than $5 on their drink. I also wish that the app menu would list prices! I had an issue with my receipt and wanted to check before I went down to the building and felt guilty for not purchasing anything if I ended up being wrong, so prices would be nice (: Other than that it’s a really great app!

They are always perky they greet you with a smile very happy to get your order they seem to be very happy where they are the environment is very friendly and it seems like they are a family. The coffee is amazing I’ve never had a coffee that I have ever dislikes and when you ask for something hot and sweet cold and sweet etc. they know exactly what to say and what beverage to make you. I love coming to the Human Bean Tempe! The drinks are great but the staff is what keeps me coming back. When I come they know exactly what I want and if they are out they take the time to suggest something new. They ask you about your day and/or weekend and even about important dates you may have talked with them about. If you live in Tempe and haven’t been to the Human Bean, your missing out!

So I love the app in the way I can pay and get my rewards all at once. Also saves my orders so I can go back later and see what I ordered before. The part I don’t like is you have to spend 55 bucks before you get a free drink. For me that’s 12 drinks unlike the cards it was only 10. I feel the app should be the same as the pinch card, go by how many drinks you buy and not how much you spend.

I love so much about “HB” ... I am prohibited from going there on a regular basis because of the high pricing! I have seen the prices steadily creep up and this year have decided that I will not be able to stop in several times a week. Maybe once a month??? Or when you have specials, such as “Happy Hour”. I wish you the best and appreciate being able to voice my realistic concerns. -a wanna be regular😉
