I love this app! I have been doing it every week for a little less than a year. I do it 1-5 times a week and there is zero judgement for doing it a little or missing weeks. The app is so inclusive and body positive. I love that it changes each week, that’s what keeps me going back. Bethany and their staff always respond quickly to questions so it’s like having a personal trainer and attending a class at the same time. I feel stronger and more confident in myself because of the app and the community. I would recommend this to anyone!

I’m reviewing this as someone who is actually canceling my subscription. I’ve done routines from 3 weeks - I think Bethany is great (as a choreographer, teacher, Instagram presence, etc) but as someone who doesn’t like to work out at home from a video - this is still that (not that she ever pretended differently haha). Watching on the my iPhone was a bit tricky, I would have to move it around throughout the routine and sometimes the shots were a bit confusing - probably a better experience would be casting it to a TV. Great app, great instructor, hoping to take her in-person class sometime soon!

I have always been self-conscious, especially in the gym. After following Bethany for a while on Instagram, I wanted to help her succeed (because she’s so flippin sweet and awesome and she makes me feel confident soo) so I downloaded the app! Downloading this app I figured I’d make it through a bit of the work out, be too easy on myself and not get much out of it because of my own self. But, HOLY COW. Bethany is fun - engaging, knowledgable - and works you hard! I broke a sweat (okay, several) and smiled the whole time through. I did the whole thing as best I could and can’t wait for more!! I can’t tell you how many times I’ve started an at home workout routine and quit a few weeks later. This one is different. I downloaded this app when it first launched and I am addicted! Bethany has such a way of putting together routines that never get boring, while correcting your form so you aren’t left guessing if you’re doing it right. I feel more connected and in tune with my body than ever before and I’m loving it!

This is the ultimate workout for anyone who hates the stuffiness of gyms and the crazy expensive workout classes that are out there like barre, Pilates and cycle (which I love but, help me I’m poor) Lately I have been unmotivated and lazy with workouts at home, but having a different workout to look forward to and a set weekly goal, makes me feel excited and inspired to make myself better, stronger and happy. Thanks Bethany you’re killin’ it!
